Implement company sales strategy by keeping, developing existing customers and acquiring new customers. Communicating, maintaining and developing client relationships
Coordinate the work with current accounts, keep smoothly running operations
Prepare for the visit/negotiation (company’s specialty, possible contacts, Develor’s products), build network by seeking further connections, and hold negotiation
Gather information during negotiation, assess client’s needs, and introduce Develor’s products and the possible solutions to the problem arisen.
In case of a proposal, upon customer’s request, present the proposal or hold further negotiations, and involve the representative of other organizational units (trainer, consultant, coach)
Plan the strategy regarding customers with the aim of developing the customer, and if necessary, involve other professional areas as well.
Prepare a forecast on the basis of potentials explored in the customer.
Keep regular contact with existing customers (inform them about Develor events, seek negotiation situations, gather information about the customer)
Initiate a negotiation with the client where assess needs and introduce new products of Develor or propose solutions.
Meeting clients, generating leads, closing deals
Working over achieving monthly, quarterly, and yearly sales plan
Requirements:
Graduate university degree.
At least 2-years sales is an advantage;
Advance level of written and spoken English is a must, good command of Russian desirable;
Confident and highly self-motivated;
A good personality, professional conduct, articulate, good communication skills and a quick learner;
Ability to multi-task and prioritize in a fast paced work environment;
Ability to problem-solve and excellent organizational skills;
Ability to work independently and cooperatively with team members;
