Aim of position:

Marketing specialist should implement company marketing strategy, covering all aspects of marketing areas: Market research & development, Product Designing & promotion, Events planning & implementation, SMM and Sales Support.

Job Description:

  • Conducting market research to analyze market potential & product portfolio perspectives.
  • Promote new and campaigned products’, realizing and raising awareness among current and potential customers (PMP preparation, Team-building events, Game-based learning, Diagnostics)
  • In cooperation with Develor International, developing and implementing strategies to attract new customers, increase brand awareness, and increase loyalty from existing customers
  • Ensure the company is communicating the right messaging to attract prospective customers and retain existing ones
  • Collaborate with media organizations and advertising agencies
  • Brainstorm ideas for new campaigns
  • Coordinate with the sales team and other departments to produce effective sales strategies
  • Organize Develor offline and online events with full responsibility
  • Analyze data to evaluate the success of the marketing efforts and come up with new ideas to improve brand marketing and exposure
  • Planning and implementing marketing strategies to promote products or services to current customers as well as new ones
  • Support the development of long-term strategic plans to achieve company goals, such as increasing brand awareness or increasing market share
  • Updating senior leadership on the progress of marketing activities and reporting on the results of campaigns
  • Determining which methods of advertising are most effective for the company based on cost, reach, and return on investment
  • Promote a Develor brand through networking

Qualification expected in the marketing specialist position:

  • Qualification: university/college education
  • Vocational qualification: preferably marketing/ business management
  • Other requirements: 
  • Good command of English, & Azeri languages. Knowledge of Russian is desirable
  • Excellent MS Office knowledge, especially MS Excel & PowerPoint
  • Good command in working with Digital Marketing
  • Good presentation skills & ability to behave openly in public events

Professional experience: at least two years of experience gained in marketing. Solid understanding of the business environment.
