Specific Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Implement company sales strategy by keeping, developing existing customers and acquiring new customers. Communicating, maintaining and developing client relationships
  • Coordinate the work with current accounts, keep smoothly running operations
  • Prepare for the visit/negotiation (company’s specialty, possible contacts, Develor’s products), build network by seeking further connections, and hold negotiation
  • Gather information during negotiation, assess client’s needs, and introduce Develor’s products and the possible solutions to the problem arisen. 
  • In case of a proposal, upon customer’s request, present the proposal or hold further negotiations, and involve the representative of other organizational units (trainer, consultant, coach) 
  • Plan the strategy regarding customers with the aim of developing the customer, and if necessary, involve other professional areas as well.  
  • Prepare a forecast on the basis of potentials explored in the customer. 
  • Keep regular contact with existing customers (inform them about Develor events, seek negotiation situations, gather information about the customer) 
  • Initiate a negotiation with the client where assess needs and introduce new products of Develor or propose solutions. 
  • Meeting clients, generating leads, closing deals
  • Working over achieving monthly,quarterly, and yearly sales plan

Requirements:

  • Graduate university degree. 
  • At least 2-years sales is an advantage;
  • Fluency in written and spoken English is a must, good command of Russian needed;
  • Confident and highly self-motivated;
  • A good personality, professional conduct, articulate, good communication skills and a quick learner;
  • Ability to multi-task and prioritize in a fast paced work environment;
  • Ability to problem-solve and excellent organizational skills;
  • Ability to work independently and  cooperatively with team members;
  • Strong leadership skills, result-oriented;
  • Age 26-35
