Responsibilities:

External Training Sessions:

  • Coordinate and organize training sessions, workshops, and seminars for our clients, ensuring seamless delivery and meeting their learning needs.
  • Collaborate with trainers and clients to understand specific requirements.
  • Handle event logistics, including venue arrangements, materials preparation, and participant communication.

External Team Building Events:

  • Support the planning and execution of engaging team-building events for our clients, fostering teamwork and camaraderie.
  • Work closely with Marketing Manager to understand client team's goals and contribute creative ideas to enhance event experiences.

Internal Events Support:

  • Participate in planning and coordinating internal events, such as team-building activities, social gatherings, and learning initiatives.
  • Assist with event logistics and ensure successful event outcomes.

Website Updates and Translations:

  • Contribute to website updates, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information is available for clients and visitors.
  • Support content translations to cater to diverse markets and clients.

Cold Phone Calls and Lead Generation:

  • Participate in cold phone calls to introduce our services to potential clients and generate leads for the sales team.
  • Maintain communication records and assist in lead tracking.

Event Organization Assistance:

  • Provide comprehensive support in organizing various events, including trainings, workshops, team-building activities, and other company events.
  • Help manage event logistics, invitations, and on-site arrangements.

Market Research Support:

  • Assist in conducting market research on competitors' offerings, pricing, and strategies.
  • Gather valuable insights to contribute to our company's growth strategies.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or related fields.
  • Previous experience or relevant coursework in events planning, training coordination, or market research is a plus.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills to handle multiple tasks effectively.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities to collaborate with clients and team members.
  • Basic proficiency in website administration and content management systems.
  • Proactive, resourceful, and eager to learn and grow within the role.
  • Fluency in multiple languages for translations is a bonus.
