Responsibilities:
- Assist in maintaining procurement records, including purchase orders and supplier information;
- Work in ERP system, process purchase requisitions and generate purchase orders;
- Coordinate with suppliers to obtain quotes, negotiate pricing, and ensure timely delivery;
- Daily track of tenders in the related field and assist with regular work on tender lists;
- Assist with managing the process of execution of tenders;
- Monitor inventory levels and collaborate with inventory management teams;
- Assist in supplier evaluations and resolve supplier-related issues;
- Analyze procurement data and generate reports;
- Ensure compliance with procurement policies and procedures.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in business, Supply chain, Logistics or related field;
- Previous administrative or procurement support experience is desirable;
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail;
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications;
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
- Ability to work well in a team environment;
- Fluent in English, Russian and Azerbaijani languages.
Work conditions:
- Documentation in accordance with the Labor legislation of the Republic of Azerbaijan;
- Working hours: 09:00-18:00, 5 days a week;
- Salary will be commensurate with experience.
