Responsibilities:

  • Assist in maintaining procurement records, including purchase orders and supplier information;
  • Work in ERP system, process purchase requisitions and generate purchase orders;
  • Coordinate with suppliers to obtain quotes, negotiate pricing, and ensure timely delivery;
  • Daily track of tenders in the related field and assist with regular work on tender lists;
  • Assist with managing the process of execution of tenders;
  • Monitor inventory levels and collaborate with inventory management teams;
  • Assist in supplier evaluations and resolve supplier-related issues;
  • Analyze procurement data and generate reports;
  • Ensure compliance with procurement policies and procedures.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in business, Supply chain, Logistics or related field;
  • Previous administrative or procurement support experience is desirable;
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail;
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications;
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
  • Ability to work well in a team environment;
  • Fluent in English, Russian and Azerbaijani languages.

Work conditions:

  • Documentation in accordance with the Labor legislation of the Republic of Azerbaijan;
  • Working hours: 09:00-18:00, 5 days a week;
  • Salary will be commensurate with experience.
