Condition:

Responsibilities:

Develop and implement comprehensive security policies, procedures, and protocols.
Conduct risk assessments and security audits to identify potential threats and vulnerabilities.
Align security initiatives with organizational goals, regulatory compliance, and industry standards (e.g., ISO 27001, GDPR, NIST).
Lead and supervise junior security personnel, ensuring consistent performance and adherence to policies.
Organize regular security training and awareness programs for staff.
Assign roles and responsibilities within the security team and evaluate performance.
Oversee the response to security breaches, alarms, or incidents.
Lead investigations and produce detailed incident reports with root cause analysis and corrective actions.
Develop and test business continuity and disaster recovery plans.

Requirements:

Minimum 5–7 years of progressive experience in security, law enforcement, or military service.
Proven experience in a senior or supervisory security role, with demonstrated leadership responsibilities.
Experience in risk management, incident response, and security investigations.
Knowledge of:
Access control systems and security technologies (e.g., CCTV, alarm systems, biometric scanners).
Incident management platforms and security reporting tools.
Emergency preparedness and response protocols.
(If relevant to the role) Solid understanding of:
Network security, firewall configuration, endpoint protection.
Security Information and Event Management (SIEM) tools.
High level of integrity, discretion, and ethical conduct.
Ability to work under pressure and manage emergencies with calm professionalism.
Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, or travel (if required).
Multilingual proficiency is an asset (especially in international roles or global companies).
