Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare monthly variance report with associated footnotes;
• Prepare internal and external reports through gathering, analyzing and summarizing data and information from the departments;
• Monitor projects revenue and expense reports, review for accuracy and completeness;
• Monitor projects expenses to determine if allocated funds have been spent as specified;
• Provide support to the Project Manager in planning, managing and monitoring major projects from concepts through implementation;
• Work closely with treasury department and Project Managers on elaboration of cash flow planning and analysis for individual projects and for the project portfolio;
• In case of need prepare project presentations and participate together with treasury department in presenting project in various financial institutions with fund raising purposes;
• Assist in the preparation of long-term financial forecast of revenues and expenditure;
• Development and preparation of annual Group Consolidated Budget and ongoing forecast updates for the Group;
• Participate and coordinate preparation of monthly, quarterly, semi-annual and annual consolidated budget vs actual reports for Group Companies;
• Preparation of actual cash flows of Group companies;
• Produce forecast reports for the annual budget process for Group Companies;
• Checking of material/service requisition on initial stage of purchasing to be in line with budgeted items for Group companies;
• Allocation of incurred expenses/purchases between budgeted items on a daily basis to ensure readiness of monthly budget execution reports;
• Development of Budgeting Policies and Procedures within Group companies;
• Provide a variety of budgetary, financial and performance information to management of the company;
• Create and maintain documentation of Group budget and financial forecast model and process;
• Undertake responsibility for compliance with all the Occupation Health, Safety and Sanitation requirements applied within the company;
• Additional tasks as required;
• Maintain total confidentiality.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Finance;
• 2-3 years of work experience in related field;
• Highly developed analytical and communication skills;
• Fluent in spoken and written English, Azerbaijani and Russian languages
• Excellent inter-personal and communication skills
• PC Literate (MS Word, Excel, Power Point, Internet, etc.)
• Ability to work in team, ability to work under pressure and in flexible working hours, when required, adaptation to change
