Responsibilities:

• Detect, examine, and decode trends or patterns within complex datasets
• Ensuring the accuracy, consistency, and reliability of data across various sources
• Evaluate internal systems for efficiency, problems, and inaccuracies, and develop and maintain protocols for handling, processing, and cleaning data
• Develop data reports, dashboards, charts, and visual aids to support decision-making across departments
• Translating business questions into analytical tasks and delivering actionable insights
• Designing, developing and integrating self-service and analytical BI interfaces
• Monitoring the usage and performance of self-service BI tools
• Engage with managers from various departments to specify data requirements for analysis projects tailored to their unique business processes

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in relevant sphere
• 2+ years of experience in Data Analytics sphere
• Advanced skills in BI tools for creating dashboards, reports, and data visualizations (Power BI/Tableau/Grafana).
• Proficient knowledge in SQL/Python
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including expertise in complex formulas, pivot tables, dynamic dashboards and data analysis
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Understanding of data structures, data cleansing, data validation, data manipulation and software architecture
• Exceptional critical thinking, analytical abilities, and problem-solving skills
• Good command of English

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with React.js and modern frontend frameworks
• Knowledge of Agentic AI systems and LLM-based applications
• Familiarity with AI agent frameworks (e.g., LangChain, N8N, etc.)
• Familiarity with Agile or Scrum methodologies.
