HR Operations Coordinator

Responsibilities:

• Prepare and maintain employment records related to events such as hiring, termination, leaves, promotions and etc.
• Responds to queries and provides guidance on various HR topics in line with HR processes, policies, practices and programs;
• Follow existing HR processes accurately and suggest process improvement when required;
• Update and maintain HR systems, records and reports with accurate employee data;
• Review and update employment contracts and agreements;
• Produce and submit reports on general HR activity;
• Manage shift work;
• Participate in audits on compliance with the local legislation and internal processes;
• Process required documents through payroll, e.g. timesheets and etc.;
• Respond to internal and external HR related inquiries or requests and provide assistance;
• Keep up-to-date with the latest HR trends and best practices.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field;
• At least 3 years related work experience;
• Good knowledge of labor legislation;
• Effective verbal and written communication skills;
• IT skills, including Microsoft Office and database systems;
• Proficiency in communications in Azeri and English languages;
• Ability to handle data with confidentiality.
