• Clear oral communication skills without any dialect and pronunciation defect
• Knowledge of MS Office programs
• Fluent Azerbaijani and Russian, Good English language skills

Job Description:

• Answering customers’ inquiries according to the related programs;
• Answers to the customer inquiries from the first apply
• Treating customers in a polite and patient manner;
• Provide customers with product and service information
• Fulfilment of job description in compliance with the process, procedures and instructions;
