Job Requirements:

  • Age: 21–28
  • Language: Fluent in Azerbaijani
  • Education: Higher education (Bachelor’s degree or above)
  • Work Experience: At least 1 year in call center operations is preferred
  • Computer Skills: Proficiency in MS Office programs (especially Word and Excel)

Skills & Abilities:

  • Strong telephone communication and active listening skills
  • Ability to work under pressure
  • Ability to log incoming calls into the application
  • Capability to analyze problems correctly and direct to the relevant service
  • Monitoring timely resolution of inquiries and making follow-up calls when needed
  • Completing tasks assigned by management on time
  • Clear and accurate pronunciation, good diction, and polite communication skills
  • Ability to work with customer service software, CRM systems, and related tools
  • Ability to work in shifts
