Specific Duties and Responsibilities:

- Executing the company’s commercial strategy in order to attain the goals
- Communicating, maintaining and developing client relationships
- Coordinating marketing activities in the region assigned by headquarters;
- Act as the public speaker and public relations representative of the company in ways that strengthen its profile
- Working over market analysis, developing and implementing yearly activity plan;
- Responsible for SMM activities of the company;
- Analyze problematic situations and occurrences and provide solutions to ensure company survival and growth
- Working closely with partners, build and maintain strong, effective relationships;
- Cascading the yearly company strategy – achieving, understanding and engagement on what strategy means for staff. High Level Strategic Sales Responsibility
- Maintain workload between employees, defining target groups and market segmentation
- Supporting sales team in their activities by preparing relevant marketing activities;
- Increase company brand awareness in the market;
- Meeting clients, generating leads, closing deals
- Managing commercial team
- Systemic sales efforts in line with company strategy
- Driving team to results in meeting KPI’s – monthly meetings, proposals, delivery days and turnover
- Sales prospecting and consultative sales
- Initiate, deliver and follow up customer meetings
- Support key account manager in their sales activities
- Total control of sales strategy of the company
- Proposal writing support

Requirements:

- Graduate university degree.
- Successful 3-years sales, commercial, management experience is an advantage;
- Fluency in written and spoken English is a must, good command of Russian needed;
- Confident and highly self-motivated, with strong entrepreneurial skills;
- A good personality, professional conduct, articulate, good communication skills and a quick learner;
- Ability to multi-task and prioritize in a fast paced work environment;
- Ability to problem-solve and excellent organizational skills;
- Ability to work independently and cooperatively with team members;
- Strong leadership skills, result-oriented;
- Age 26-35
