About Company: Tredu is a digital platform that offers extracurricular activities to students in their own schools so they join classes after lessons and save their time.  In application students and their parents can find most demanded and modern activities provided by partners and track them through application.

We are looking for candidates for a Call Center Representative role to join us at Tredu! 

Job Type: Full-time

Responsibilities:

  • Answer incoming calls and support requests, providing assistance with platform navigation, activity enrollment, and other inquiries;
  • Clearly and effectively communicate information about Tredu’s services, platform features, and extracurricular activities to user;
  • Resolve customer complaints by clarifying the issue, determining the cause, and offering the best solution;
  • Accurately document customer interactions, issues, and feedback in Tredu’s CRM system;
  • Stay informed about product updates, promotions, and company policies;
  • Collaborate with team members to improve overall service quality.

Requirements for the candidate:

  • High school diploma or equivalent;
  • Previous experience in a call center or customer service environment is preferred;
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Azerbaijani and Russian;
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word);
  • Strong communication skills to convey information clearly and effectively;
  • Strong problem-solving abilities to address challenges as they arise;
  • Ability to multitask and manage time efficiently in a fast-paced setting.
