Responsibilities:
- Answer incoming calls and conduct outbound calls to potential customers to promote and sell our products/services.
- Identify customer needs and provide appropriate solutions.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales.
- Clearly and effectively communicate information about Tredu’s services, platform features, and extracurricular activities to user;
- Accurately document customer interactions, issues, and feedback in Tredu’s CRM system;
- Stay informed about product updates, promotions, and company policies;
- Collaborate with team members to improve overall service quality.
Requirements for the candidate:
- High school diploma or equivalent;
- Previous experience in a telesales, sales and customer service environment is preferred;
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Azerbaijani and Russian;
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word);
- Strong communication skills to convey information clearly and effectively;
- Strong problem-solving abilities to address challenges as they arise;
- Ability to multitask and manage time efficiently in a fast-paced setting.
