Responsibilities:
- Work out customer requests and provide detailed information
- Follow up the requests by building trust by the client
- Study the products, main market trends and customer needs
- Work based on company sales procedure
- Provide high level of service to win the customer and promote sales
- Run correspondence with corporate clients while assisting in sales
- Stay up-to-date with new product and feature launches and ensure sales team is on board
- Review pending orders and specific customers requests to ensure excellent customer service and customer experience
- Attend FAM trips to different countries to increase destination knowledge
Requirements:
- Proven work experience as a sales or service specialist in front office
- Hands on experience in face to face sales and service
- Proficiency with MS Office Suite, particularly MS Excel
- In-depth understanding of sales principles and customer service practices
- Experience in working with documents and agreements
- Proficiency in corporate correspondence
- Good command of Russian and Azeri, Inermediate English
