Key Responsibilities:

  • Manages the development of strategic account plan for the demand generators in the market 
  • Manages the property’s proactive and reactive sales efforts 
  • Attends sales strategy meetings to provide input on weekly and overall sales strategy 
  • Researches different sales strategies to identify ways to grow occupancy and RevPar and increase market share 
  • Serves as the Sales contact for customers
  • Establishes and maintains regular relationships with a number of customers, and increases business activity / visitor numbers by striving to meet sales targets
  • Develops and retains new business using identified market segments and business sources where possible.
  • Maintains accurate accounts and data sheets on all active customers
  • Implements sales promotion strategy developed for all relevant markets
  • To monitor and analyze competitors' sales campaigns and activities for the department

Requirements and Skills:

  • Bachelor degree in Business Administration or related field
  • Previous Sales Management experience in Hotel industry
  • Fluent in Azerbaijan, Russian, and English languages
  • Excellent problem solving, critical thinking and multitasking skills
  • Strong sense of responsibility and professional presentation
