Procurement Coordinator

Job responsibilities:

- Prepare the purchase orders, scan of POs, copy and sort out of POs;
- Follow up to get quote from local/abroad suppliers and technical clarification with engineers;
- Checking of prices in the local market and preparation of comparison sheets;
- Checking of stock against customer’s inquiry and sourcing of required materials from different abroad suppliers;
- Negotiate regarding payment and delivery terms with suppliers;
- Follow up for readiness of materials, arrangement of delivery of sourced materials;
- Follow up for docs to be accompanied the shipment from abroad suppliers (certificate, invoice, packing list, country of origin, etc);
- Preparation PO for transportation, follow up status of shipments in transit, follow up for delivery of materials to client;
- Follow up for collection of materials from abroad suppliers;
- Permanent contact & correspondence with suppliers preparation of contract and appendix with suppliers;
- Sort out of suppliers doc – filing, archiving;
- Contact suppliers to resolve price, quality, and delivery or invoice issues.

Essential Job Requirements and Skills:

- A bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, logistics or a similar field;
- 2 years of experience in purchase, procurement and logistics;
- Knowing Hydraulic equipments.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills;
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and data entry software and 1 C;
- Strong working knowledge of warehouse operations and management
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Azerbaijani and English. Russian is an asset;
