Azerbaijan Hotel Association – Business Development Manager

Job description:

• Responsible for managing the flow of the office/ Administrative work
• Update members with recent happenings in the tourism industry through newsletters, statistics and other reports
• Work closely and meet with members/potential members face to face or over the phone
• Understand the needs of members and be able to respond effectively with a plan of how to meet these
• Identify new members - including hotels and associate members
• Organize and manage various events
• Prepare and present presentations

Job Requirements:

• Fluent writing and speaking skills in Azerbaijani & English languages. Russian language is an asset
• Minimum two years of hospitality background
• Office Management skills
• Responsible and professional approach to work
• Sales & Marketing skills and previous experience
• Project management skills
• The ability to think strategically and problem solving skills
• Presentation creation and professional presenting skills
• Event management experience

Minimum two reference letters to be provided from previous workplaces.
