Responsibilities:

• 1. High-Level Drink Preparation & Service Craft and serve high-quality cocktails and beverages with consistency and style Develop and suggest new drink recipes or signature cocktails Ensure all beverages meet presentation and taste standards Provide expert recommendations to guests, including wine, spirits, and pairings
• 2. Team Leadership & Supervision Lead and supervise bartending staff during shifts Delegate tasks to bartenders and barbacks to maintain smooth operations Train new bartenders and support ongoing skill development Motivate the team to deliver exceptional customer service
• 3. Stock & Inventory Management Monitor inventory levels of alcohol, mixers, garnishes, and supplies Organize and oversee stock orders, deliveries, and restocking Ensure proper storage and rotation to minimize waste and prevent shortages Track bar usage and report discrepancies or issues to management
• 4. Cleanliness & Compliance Enforce hygiene, health, and safety standards behind the bar Oversee cleaning schedules and ensure sanitation procedures are followed Ensure responsible service of alcohol according to legal and company guidelines Maintain bar tools and equipment in excellent condition
• 5. Cash Handling & Reporting Handle payments, open/close the bar till, and ensure accurate end-of-day reconciliation Supervise and verify all transactions processed by the team Maintain awareness of POS systems and troubleshoot minor issues
• 6. Customer Relations Build strong rapport with regulars and VIP guests Manage customer concerns professionally and resolve issues on the spot Elevate the overall guest experience through hospitality and attention to detail

Requirements:

Experience: 3+ years of bartending experience in a high-volume or upscale environment; Proven track record of leading or supervising bar teams; Hands-on experience with classic and contemporary cocktails, wine pairings, and bar operations.

Skills: Advanced mixology knowledge and creative drink crafting; Excellent leadership and staff coordination skills; Strong customer service and communication abilities; Inventory management and ordering proficiency; Cash handling and POS systems experience; Ability to work under pressure and maintain service quality during peak hours; Familiarity with health, hygiene, and alcohol laws/regulations.

Language Requirements: Proficiency in the local language (e.g., English or Ukrainian); Multilingual skills are a bonus, especially in tourist-heavy or international environments.
