Job description:

• Establishing the HotelStars Classification Office
• Reviewing and evaluating a variety of services and amenities at hotels
• Travelling for inspections to regional hotels 
• Preparing descriptive and professional reports after each evaluation and presenting to the Executive Committee
• Managing the classification office
• Ensuring a transparent and smooth operation of the classification system

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree Business Administration, education in hospitality and experience in hotel operations is an advantage
• Fluent writing and speaking skills in Azerbaijani & English languages. Russian language is an asset
• Willingness to travel frequently
• Possess a valid driving license and personal car for travelling to regions
• A keen eye for quality service and detail oriented personality
• Administration and Management skills
• Transparent and open minded personality
• Team player
• Leadership, time management, and strong written and verbal communication skills
• Minimum 5 years work experience
