3. Cash & Inventory Handling Process payments accurately using cash registers or POS systems Handle cash, credit card transactions, and give correct change Monitor stock levels of spirits, mixers, garnishes, and supplies Assist in reordering stock or informing management when supplies run low
4. Bar Cleanliness & Hygiene Keep the bar area clean, organized, and sanitary Clean glassware, tools, and equipment during and after service Follow all health and safety regulations related to food and drink service Ensure proper storage of ingredients and bar tools
Requirements:
Experience: 1–2 years of bartending experience in a restaurant, bar, or event setting (entry-level possible in some venues with training); Experience in cocktail preparation and classic drink knowledge; Familiarity with bar tools, pouring techniques, and drink presentation.
Essential Skills: Excellent knowledge of beverages, spirits, wines, and mixers; Speed and accuracy in drink preparation; Outstanding customer service and interpersonal skills; Good numeracy and basic cash handling skills; Ability to work with POS systems and digital ordering tools; Multitasking under pressure, especially during peak hours.
