Job description:

• Reviewing and reporting a variety of services and amenities at hotels
• Travelling for inspections to regional hotels 
• Preparing descriptive and professional reports after each evaluation and presenting to the HotelStars Classification Manager
• Maintaining a transparent and smooth operation of the classification system

Job Requirements:

• Experience in hospitality, preferably front office department.
• Understanding an anticipation of guest needs and expectations.
• Attention to details on technical aspect of the hotel not only looking but seeing defaults and all kinds of problems.
• Being service oriented.
• Fluent writing and speaking skills in Azerbaijani & English languages. Russian language is an asset
• Willingness to travel frequently
• Possess a valid driving license and personal car for travelling to regions
• Team player
• Minimum 2 years’ hotel work experience
