Well – known and established market leader in ‘Fluid Engineering’ design, applications and solutions for the Oil and Gas industry is looking for the Business Development Manager in its Baku Office:
This position will report to the Director of the company.
Key Duties:
• Improve an organization’s market position and achieve financial growth;
• Define long-term organizational strategic goals and identify business opportunities;
• Prospect for potential new clients and turn this into increased business;
• Research and build relationships with new clients;
• Set up meetings between client decision makers and company’s practice leaders/Principals;
• Present new products and services and enhance existing relationships;
• Work with technical staff and other internal colleagues to meet customer needs;
• Arrange and participate in internal and external client debriefs;
• Liaise with Finance Department with regard to budgets and cash flow to maintain the financial stability of the Company;
• Check the physical availability of the required material in the stock;
• Carry out the research of the vendors for the materials to be purchased and to select the appropriate vendor due to the quality and price;
• Responsible to coordinate with Sales, Operations and Purchasing/Logistics Department for the timely delivery and timely implementation of jobs;
• Any other relevant duties which may be required towards overall growth and increased profitability of the Company.
Requirements:
• Age : 30-45
• Fluent in Azerbaijani, English, Russian is preferable;
• Advanced in MS Office applications;
• Having a Driver`s license.
• Bachelor’s Degree preferably in Business Administration, MBA, Sales, Engineering.
• 5 years of Sales and Business Development experience, with at least 1-year hands-on Sales/Business development experience in Oil and Gas Industry.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills;
• Highly organized and good planner;
• Results oriented;
• Hard working and dynamic person;
• Analytic and rational thinking;
• Able to work under pressure;
• Able to meet deadlines ;
• Exhibits good negotiation and presentation skills;
• Strong customer relationship experience, working in close partnership with internal functions and suppliers;

• Must comply with all company procedures and regulations, including declaring of any ongoing professional or academic courses or qualifications currently under process and any future courses to be advised in advance;
• Be able to adapt to an ever changing business environment and operate in multi cultural and multi business locations;
• Able to travel on business as and when required;
• Have the highest integrity and confidentiality relating to all matters of business and any personnel associated with the Company.
