Position title: Legal advisor
Work location: Baku
Reports to: Head of department for work with law and government authorities
End date: 06.12.2020

Responsibilities:

- Protection of the rights and interests of the Refinery in court proceedings.
- To ensure the execution of court decisions.
- Arbitrary seizure of land plots in permanent use of the plant and implementation of legal measures on illegal constructions in the protection zone.
- Implementation of legal correspondence.
- Legal examination of documents and issuance of legal opinions.
- Other legal activities.

What we are looking for:

- Master's degree - 2 years of work experience in the field of law (note: at least 1 (one) year of judicial experience);
- Bachelor's degree - 3 years of work experience in the field of law (note: at least 2 (two) years of judicial experience);
- Secondary specialization or sub-bachelor - 10 years of work experience in the field of law (note: at least 5 (five) years of judicial experience).
