Junior Order Specialist- Job Description & Key Responsibilities:

  • Preparing project presentation and quotation for the projects.
  • Checking orders to ensure that what has been ordered has been quoted correctly and that the correct terms and conditions have been applied.
  • Order placement to factories, checking sales price, invoices, and quantities.
  • Procurement & Tendering, Logistics coordination. 
  • Working closely with project team, providing technical support on product specification.
  • Deliver commercial support to Project Management throughout contract delivery cycles.

Skills and Qualifications:

  • A bachelor's degree or higher.
  • Technical Skills: Microsoft Office, Word, Excel, Power Point
  • Personal skills: Attentive to details, Negotiation skills, Team worker
  • Language skills: Azerbaijani; English; Russian (preferable)
  • Good communication, organizational and analytical skills. 
  • Able to effectively navigate and excel within a dynamic, fast-paced environment, consistently meeting deadlines with grace and efficiency.
