Main duties:

  • Filing Employee records, keeping personnel databases up to date
  • Updating and maintaining employee information by entering and updating employment information
  • Assisting in maintaining mandatory and optional insurance tracks, logs and updates
  • Scheduling and arranging appointments and interviews as required
  • Composing correspondence for the HR Department, such as letters, contracts, etc. 
  • Handling all office administration duties such as mail, phones, photocopying, office supplies, purchase orders
  • Assisting with and supporting employee events as appropriate, such as leadership meetings, employee receptions, and annual events 
  • Prepares Offer Letters and Recognition letters for Internal promotions and transfers
  • Managing the Human Resources Information System ensuring data integrity and proper documentation
  • Providing support to employees and assisting in resolving issues and problems in various HR related subjects
  • Completing termination paperwork according to checklist and employee exit procedure
  • Assisting in entertainment activities such as birthdays, staff parties, etc.

Candidate requirements:

  • Minimum 1 year of administration experience, preferably within a hotel environment
  • Highly organized and able to prioritize and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills 
  • Fluent in Azerbaijani and English, Russian is preferred
