Key Responsibilities:
- Preparation of annual budget of the company;
- Control over budget execution process;
- Financial analysis of long/medium/short term performance of the company;
- Preparation of monthly financial reports;
- Manage tax provision and tax compliance process;
- Manage and submit tax reports under different tax regimes (statuary and PSA/HGA);
- Provide tax planning;
- Control over cash disbursements and bank payments;
- Control over the preparation of accounting statements and reports;
- Control over timely preparation and submission of external audit report (İFRS);
- Control over risk management procedures;
- Control and supervision over preparation of Tax Declarations;
- Coordinate finance staff and assess their performance;
Key requirements:
- University degree in Finance (or related field);
- CFA and FRM, CİMA, ACCA designations are plus;
- 5 - 7 years of experience in a relevant field with at least 2 years in managerial role;
- Highly developed analytical and communication skills;
- Microsoft Office skills.
