Key Responsibilities:

  • Trade channels strategy development, implementation, execution and reporting (Census, Segmentation approach, Contracting process, trade data management & etc.);
  • RTM development (coverage, distribution targets, etc.);
  • Trade activations and programs mechanics development, planning, execution control and reporting;
  • Prepare strategy for PPOSM effective placement, control its order, production and installation process;
  • Trade Marketing investments planning;
  • Management and control of retail listing contracts and budgets.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor University degree in Marketing, Business. Availability of MBA is advantage;
  • Minimum 2 years of successful experience in Trade or Consumer Marketing;
  • Previous sales & field experience;
  • Good understanding of Marketing and Sales processes in FMCG; digital marketing experience is a plus;        
  • Required knowledge of languages as: Azerbaijan, English, Russian;
  • Excellent in analytical and planning skills, interpersonal and communication skills and commercial skills.
