Key Responsibilities:
- Trade channels strategy development, implementation, execution and reporting (Census, Segmentation approach, Contracting process, trade data management & etc.);
- RTM development (coverage, distribution targets, etc.);
- Trade activations and programs mechanics development, planning, execution control and reporting;
- Prepare strategy for PPOSM effective placement, control its order, production and installation process;
- Trade Marketing investments planning;
- Management and control of retail listing contracts and budgets.
Requirements:
- Bachelor University degree in Marketing, Business. Availability of MBA is advantage;
- Minimum 2 years of successful experience in Trade or Consumer Marketing;
- Previous sales & field experience;
- Good understanding of Marketing and Sales processes in FMCG; digital marketing experience is a plus;
- Required knowledge of languages as: Azerbaijan, English, Russian;
- Excellent in analytical and planning skills, interpersonal and communication skills and commercial skills.
