We are seeking for P&C (HR) Intern for period of 6 months in order to join our team and provide invaluable support to our P&C (HR) department to ensure the smooth running of our HR processes. We are seeking for a candidate who has strong detail and organizational skills that are required for various HR-related activities.
Your role will involve performing a variety of administrative tasks, including colloboration with GBS on ER relation direction, working in SAP and etc.
This internship offers an excellent opportunity to gain firsthand experience in HR operations and gain insight into our company's enviroment.
Main areas of responsibility:
- Support data collecting for payroll process;
- Preparation of HR documentation (orders, labor contracts, amendmanets and etc.);
- Working in: SAP (creating PR, post GR & etc.), Cas systems, Docusign for policies;
- Schedule and confirm interviews with candidates;
- Work on induction plan creation with Line Managers and control its execution;
- Full support to P&C (HR) team with HR projects execution (employer branding, wellbeing activities, corporate events and etc.);
- Prepare HR presentations per request.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree;
- Excelent knowledge of MS package (excel, powerpoint, word);
- Superior verbal and written communication skills;
- High level of organization and detail-orientation;
- Good attitude toward teamwork as well as the ability to work independently;
- Fluent in Azerbaijani, English, Russian.
