What will need to be done:
- Determining the scale of the customer service team, process and automation tools
- To create a motivational system that will make the Contact Center team the best friend of the users
- Shaping the culture and tone of interaction with users
- Conduct customer research with product teams to improve user experience and improve the product
What do we expect from you?
- Experience in leading service personnel and managing processes
- Customer service management experience is desirable
- Experience building and scaling new processes
- Willingness to grow in product and work closely with product teams
- Knowledge of business process and automation setup/debug tools
