  • Determining the scale of the customer service team, process and automation tools
  • To create a motivational system that will make the Contact Center team the best friend of the users
  • Shaping the culture and tone of interaction with users
  • Conduct customer research with product teams to improve user experience and improve the product

What do we expect from you?

  • Experience in leading service personnel and managing processes
  • Customer service management experience is desirable
  • Experience building and scaling new processes
  • Willingness to grow in product and work closely with product teams
  • Knowledge of business process and automation setup/debug tools
