Responsibilities:

  • Achieving growth and hitting sales targets by successfully managing the sales funnel
  • Designing and implementing a strategic business plan that expands the company’s customer base and ensures its strong presence
  • Sales pipeline contribution and objectives set
  • Establishing sales objectives by forecasting and developing monthly and annual sales quotas for the team and individual sales professionals;
  • Overseeing the sales team to ensure company quotas and standards are met by holding daily check-ins with the team to set objectives for the day and monitor progress regularly;
  • Building and promoting strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs
  • Identifying emerging markets and market shifts while being fully aware of new products and competition status
  • Present sales and revenue reports and realistic forecasts to the management team

Requirements:

  • BS/MS degree in business administration or a related field
  • Successful previous experience as a sales representative or sales manager, consistently meeting or exceeding targets
  • Committed to continuous education through workshops, seminars and conferences
  • Demonstrated ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organization
  • Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close
  • Strong business sense and industry expertise
  • Knowledge/sales experience of IT, Cloud and related products
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office programs;
  • Fluent Azeri, Russian and Good English
