Responsibilities:

  • Sales & Customer Service. Achieve and exceed sales targets. Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent service. Monitor and analyze sales performance, KPIs, and customer feedback.
  • Staff Management Recruit, train, supervise, and evaluate store staff. Create and manage work schedules and shifts. Motivate the team to achieve goals and maintain high morale. Provide ongoing coaching and development.
  • Operations & Inventory. Oversee daily store operations including opening/closing, cash handling, and stock management. Ensure proper stock levels and inventory accuracy. Coordinate with the supply chain and logistics teams for timely replenishment.
  • Visual Merchandising Implement brand guidelines and ensure appealing visual displays. Adapt merchandising strategies to drive footfall and sales.
  • Store Maintenance & Compliance. Ensure the store environment is clean, safe, and compliant with health and safety standards. Ensure all policies and procedures are followed according to company and brand standards.
  • Reporting Prepare sales and operations reports for area or regional managers. Monitor expenses and control costs to improve profitability.
  • Customer Experience & Brand Representation. Represent the brand image and values. Handle customer complaints and resolve issues professionally.

Requirements:

  • Experience 3–5 years of retail experience, with at least 1–2 years in a managerial or supervisory role (especially in fashion or lifestyle retail). Experience with fast-paced, high-volume retail environments is a strong advantage.
  • Sales & Commercial Acumen. Solid understanding of retail KPIs, sales targets, and profitability. Ability to analyze sales data and develop strategies to improve performance.
  • Leadership & People Management. Proven ability to lead and motivate a team. Experience in recruitment, training, scheduling, and performance management. Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
  • Technical & Language Skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel and POS systems). Fluency in English is usually required
  • Customer Service Orientation. High standards of customer service. Experience handling complaints and escalations effectively
  • Organizational & Operational Skills. Good knowledge of store operations, including inventory, visual merchandising, and loss prevention. Time management and ability to multitask under pressure.
  • Personality Traits Energetic, results-driven, adaptable. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Strong brand alignment and fashion awareness.
