Job Responsibilities:
- Reviews departmental requests and selects the appropriate procurement method.
- Providing market information needed for tactical and strategic planning.
- Prepares procurement documents
- Reviews and modifies, as needed, specifications, purchase orders, contracts, change orders
- Negotiate terms with suppliers such as price, quality of goods, deadlines, expectations, etc.
- Assist in the logistics-related issues;
- Analyze invoices to ensure accuracy of goods delivered
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in a economics
- 1-3 years of procurement specialist
- Ability to speak and write fluently in Azerbaijani, English.
- Proficient in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint,Outlook).
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadline.
