Job Description:
- Create and execute learning strategies and programs
- Evaluate individual and organizational development needs
- Implement various learning methods companywide (e.g. coaching, job-shadowing, online training)
- Assess the success of development plans and help employees make the most of learning opportunities
- Help managers develop their team members through career pathing
Requirements:
- Bachelor or Master degree in HR, Business, Psychology or related area
- 2+ years' experience of working on a L&D Manager٫ Training Manager or other relevant position
- Excellent in Azeri, Russian and English
- Significant experience with effective learning and development methods
- Good knowledge of e-learning platforms and practices
- Practical experience with MS Office
- Strong communication and negotiation skills٫ with a good ability to build relations with employees and vendors;
- Strong organizational skills with business-oriented thinking
Working conditions:
- Salary: 2000 azn net
