Job Description:

  • Create and execute learning strategies and programs 
  • Evaluate individual and organizational development needs
  • Implement various learning methods companywide (e.g. coaching, job-shadowing, online training)
  • Assess the success of development plans and help employees make the most of learning opportunities
  • Help managers develop their team members through career pathing

Requirements:

  • Bachelor or Master degree in HR, Business, Psychology or related area
  • 2+ years' experience of working on a L&D Manager٫ Training Manager or other relevant position
  • Excellent in Azeri, Russian and English
  • Significant experience with effective learning and development methods
  • Good knowledge of e-learning platforms and practices
  • Practical experience with MS Office 
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills٫ with a good ability to build relations with employees and vendors;
  • Strong organizational skills with business-oriented thinking

Working conditions:

  • Salary: 2000 azn net
  • Location: Yasamal distr., Mirali Seyidov str., 28-30
