Role, duties and responsibilities:

  • Assist with day-to-day operations of the Finance department, including filing, report generation, budget review, etc.
  • Reconcile accounts in a timely manner
  • Provide assistance to prepare profit and loss accounts sheets
  • Provide assistance to prepare financial statements according to company policies
  • Processing payments and invoices accurately and timely as per company procedures.
  • Prepare financial documents such as invoices, bills and etc.
  • Prepare period end journals for prepayments, accruals, commission payments and etc.
  • Perform journal entries as per established and statutory accounting standards.
  • Inform management and compile reports/summaries on activity areas

Common Requirements:

  • High school diploma in Accounting or related field preferred
  • Understanding of accounting principles
  • Experience in using Excel and other accounting software
  • Accounting qualifications and certifications is preferred (ACCA F3 level)
  • Minimum 1 years practical experience in related field.
  • Fluent in Azeri, intermediate level of Russian and English.
