Position Summary:

  • HR Assistant plays a crucial role in supporting the HR department with administrative tasksand ensuring smooth operations. HR Assistant will assist in various HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, employee records management, and HR-related communications.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist HR Operations Department in employee related activities.
  • Assistance in managing employment process from hiring to layoffs (hiring, filing,
  • vacations, sick leaves, arranging interviews, data entry, etc.)
  • Assist in the hiring process by screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and coordinating new hires.
  • Provide general HR support to employees answering questions about benefits and company policies. Maintain accurate and confidential employee records.
  • Issuance of company numbers to employees within the set rules and limits, accurate accounting of numbers and employee balances.
  • Inclusion of employees (office) in PASHA Insurance and timely and accurate execution of all related documentation and procedural rules.
  • Incorporating employees into the PUSH 30 application based on their requests, supporting them as needed.
  • Invite candidates for an interview and schedule interviews according to the work schedule of the relevant managers.
  • Collecting employees' documents and placing them in their personal files
  • Provision of internal vacancies in the EMAS-electronic government portal.
  • Assist with registration, paperwork and answering staff inquiries.
  • Manage HR calendars, prepare meeting materials and provide general administrative support to the HR team.
  • Any other duties as may be reasonably required by the Head of HR and Admin department.

Requirements:

  • University Degree in Legal, Business Administration, Psychology or Social Sciences
  • Minimum 1-year practical experience in personnel administration
  • Good knowledge of HR administration
  • Good knowledge of labor code and employment-related laws
  • Advanced proficiency in MS Office suite
  • Ability to perform tasks with minimal supervision
  • To be very attentive and neat

Education:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Finance or a related field.

Language skills:

  • Advanced level of Azerbaijani and intermediate levels of English and Russian languages.
