Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide comprehensive administrative and organizational support to senior management.
  • Work with documentation: prepare, organize, analyze, and maintain accurate records and reports.
  • Support basic financial tasks, including data tracking, simple analysis, and assistance with financial documentation.
  • Prepare reports, presentations, and summaries using Excel and other MS Office tools.
  • Monitor deadlines, follow up on tasks, and ensure timely execution of assigned activities.
  • Coordinate internal communication and interact with different departments when required.
  • Assist in planning schedules, meetings, and business-related activities.
  • Handle confidential information with a high level of discretion and professionalism.

Requirements:

  • Strong analytical mindset with attention to detail.
  • Experience in working with documentation and structured information.
  • Good command of Excel (tables, formulas, basic analysis).
  • Basic financial knowledge and understanding of financial data.
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong sense of responsibility and confidentiality.
  • Good communication skills; knowledge of English is an advantage.
