                We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Director Assistant to provide high-level support to the Director in managing daily operations and achieving strategic goals. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong communication skills, multitasking capabilities, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Main Duties:
Strategic Support:
	- Assist the Director in achieving overall strategic objectives by providing operational and administrative support.
 
Correspondence and Communication:
	- Handle business correspondence and negotiations, ensuring timely and professional communication.
 
	- Conduct intra-company, domestic, and international correspondence in alignment with corporate standards and ethics.
 
Meeting Coordination:
	- Organize and coordinate meetings, including preparing materials, setting agendas, and notifying participants of meeting details (date, location, and agenda).
 
	- Ensure the Director is fully prepared for all meetings and negotiations.
 
Document Management:
	- Collect, organize, and maintain relevant documents and files in an efficient and accessible manner.
 
	- Prepare and present reports as required by the Director.
 
Scheduling and Diary Management:
	- Maintain and monitor the Director’s calendar, scheduling appointments and prioritizing tasks.
 
	- Ensure the Director’s daily work plan is well-structured and executed.
 
Travel:
	- Coordinate travel arrangements, including booking transportation, accommodations, and preparing detailed itineraries.
 
	- Organize meetings and technical requirements related to the Director’s travel plans.
 
Administrative Support:
	- Prioritize and manage emails, correspondence, and other communications for the Director.
 
	- Handle ad hoc administrative tasks and projects as directed.
 
General Duties:
	- Perform any other duties that align with the responsibilities of the role.
 
Skills and Qualifications:
	- Minimum of 1 year of experience in a similar position.
 
	- Bachelor’s degree in Business or Business Management.
 
	- Fluency in Azerbaijan and Turkish, proficiency in English and Russian, and knowledge of additional languages is a plus.
 
	- Exceptional communication skills (verbal, listening, and writing).
 
	- Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities.
 
	- High mathematical knowledge and logical thinking.
 
	- Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
 
	- Proven track record of working under pressure and meeting tight deadlines.
 
	- Flexible, self-motivated, and capable of working independently.
 
	- Proficiency in computer applications, including Microsoft Office Suite.
