Furniture Store Operations: 

  • Oversee daily store operations, ensuring a smooth and efficient customer experience.
  • Compilation of reports, tables.
  • Manage inventory, stock levels and visual merchandising.
  • Participation at exhibitions.
  • Proper presentation of the product to customers. 
  • Directing and mentoring the sales team.
  • Foster a customer-centric environment by providing customers with expert assistance and a positive shopping experience.
  • Drive sales growth through effective marketing, promotions and customer relationship building.
  • Visual Merchandising: Maintain attractive store displays that effectively showcase our furniture collections.
  • Presenting new ideas to management.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 2 years of work experience in the field of retail sales management, experience in the field of furniture is preferred.
  • Leadership and team management skills.
  • Strong Customer service skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to analyze and interpret financial data.
  • Passion for furniture and interior design.
  • Bachelor degree
  • Language skills: knowledge of Azerbaijani, Russian and/or English languages
  • Computer skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
