Receptionist / Office Manager (CEO Office)

Sea Breeze Resort LLC is looking for a professional, well-presented, and highly organized Receptionist / Office Manager to support the CEO’s office and ensure smooth day-to-day office operations. This role is the first point of contact for visitors and plays a key role in maintaining executive-level office standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the first point of contact for the CEO’s office, welcoming guests and visitors in a professional manner;
  • Manage incoming calls, emails, and correspondence; redirect inquiries appropriately;
  • Coordinate the CEO’s meeting room schedules and assist with meeting arrangements;
  • Support the CEO’s office with administrative and organizational tasks;
  • Ensure proper office workflow, document handling, and filing systems;
  • Manage office supplies, stationery, and equipment; liaise with vendors when necessary;
  • Maintain high standards of office presentation and reception area organization;
  • Coordinate with internal departments to support executive office needs;
  • Assist with preparation of basic documents, reports, and presentations;
  • Support office events, executive visits, and internal meetings when required.

Experience and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent (Business Administration or related field preferred);
  • Minimum 3 years of experience as a Receptionist, Office Manager, or Administrative Assistant;
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Azerbaijani, Russian, and English;
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills;
  • Confident, professional appearance and communication style;
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and work in a fast-paced environment;
  • High level of discretion and confidentiality;
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
