Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement commercial strategy of the Company with respect to its existing business, products and customer services;
• Lead the development and deployement of key processes and procedures supporting functions Procerument, Supply Chain, Trading (Oil&Gas related commodities and equipment) and ensuring the processes are aligned with the industry expexctations;
• Build and maintain relationships with customers at the highest level and lead business development initiatives with key clients and other international operators in the region;
• Be responsible for the day to day delivery and monitoring of the Regional Business Development Strategy;
• Work with the region’s partners to generate and convert business development opportunities, cultivate target relationships and develop action oriented targeting plans/sales funnels;
• Lead the preparation of viable bids, proposals for incremental growth and new business across the region;
• Lead development of the Company’s marketing strategy with an emphasis on achieving market penetration and sales growth;
• Look at options to broaden and deepen the existing business portfolios, create new partnerships with international servcie providers and suppliers;
• Using knowledge of the market and competitors, identify and develop the company’s unique selling propositions and differentiators;
• Forecast sales targets and ensure they are met by the team;
• Drive efficiencies to ensure contracts remain financially viable and delivered on budget
• Responsible for overseeing staff, suppliers, and contractors to ensure that deadlines are met
• Set in place and manage the relevant business processes and procedures to be compliant with international practices and standards to contribute to the Company efforts in building process driven organistaion
• Ensure that all business activities comply with legal regulations, ethics and policies regarding general duties and management

Requirements:

• Master’s degree in a related field
• Proficiency in Azeri, Russian and English languages
• At least 8 - 10 years of relevant working experience (3 - 5 of them in the leading role)
• Good leadership and management skills
• Decision-making skills
• Strong communication skills
• Strategic thinking
