Requirements:

• Responsible for all marketing purchasing
• Communicate with other Departments’ (Marketing, HR, etc.) management team and develop a project procurement plan
• Arrange purchases and deliveries of the materials and services necessary for the project implementation
• Execute contractual purchase orders and secure required materials and equipment from domestic and foreign markets are at the lowest possible cost.
• To lead the negotiations with suppliers
• Develop and maintain purchasing, expediting and shipping sections to meet the requirements of the Company relative to obtaining goods and services in strict deadlines
• Track and arrange the orders and requests and keep a current record of the procurement process
• Coordinate the delivery, custom clearance and declaration filing for the purchased products and services with the logistics department
• Execute and control the material pricing for the estimating and bidding of goods and services
Recommend purchasing policies to assure qualified delivery of goods and services considering market trends and conditions, contract requirements and client needs
• Coordinate and lead all the marketing events in the stores and corporate events for the Management of the Company
• Prepare the contracts for the new suppliers input purchase order in COINS

Requirements:

• High school diploma
• 3 or more years of experience as a Marketing Procurement Specialist or in a similar role
• Knowledge in supply chain management and logistics
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and with business application software, purchasing, and resource planning systems.
• Strong knowledge of the industry and market conditions
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Knowledge of Azerbaijani, English and Russian
