• Prepare product or service reports by collecting and analyzing customer information

Requirements:
• University diploma: BA, Marketing, economics-related majors preferred
• 1-3 years of customer support experience preferred
• Friendly, Energetic and personable attitude
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills; both Russian and Azerbaijani
• Excellent troubleshooting skills
• Attention to detail
• Flexible team player with ability to execute duties efficiently
• Reliable and conscientious
• Good organizational skills and work habits
• Skilled in time management and multi-tasking
