Responsibilities:

• Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, understanding their business objectives and needs
• Develop and maintain strong client relationships through regular communication and meetings
• Collaborate with internal teams to develop and execute strategic account plans that align with client goals
• Proactively identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell additional services to existing clients
• Monitor account performance and track key metrics, providing regular updates and insights to clients
• Address client inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner

Requirements:

• Proven experience as an Account Manager, Sales Representative, or similar role
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients
• Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple client accounts simultaneously
• Strategic mindset and the ability to identify opportunities for business growth
• Knowledge of Industry/Field and understanding of client needs and challenges

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
• Experience working in a client-facing role in a similar industry
• Familiarity with CRM software and account management tools
