Responsibilities:

  • Enjoy your work
  • Answer and screen incoming phone calls
  • Ensure everyone who calls or comes into the office feels welcomed and important
  • Sort incoming mail and prepare outgoings
  • Deliver administrative support to internal clients within all areas
  • Manage relationships with vendors and service providers ensuring that all items are invoiced and paid on time
  • Organize and schedule meetings and appointments

Requirements:

  • University diploma (preferred)
  • 1-2 years of reception, office administrator-related experience
  • Friendly, Energetic, and personable attitude
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills; both Russian and Azerbaijani
  • Excellent troubleshooting skills
  • Flexible team player with the ability to execute duties efficiently
