Responsibilities:
- Enjoy your work
- Answer and screen incoming phone calls
- Ensure everyone who calls or comes into the office feels welcomed and important
- Sort incoming mail and prepare outgoings
- Deliver administrative support to internal clients within all areas
- Manage relationships with vendors and service providers ensuring that all items are invoiced and paid on time
- Organize and schedule meetings and appointments
Requirements:
- University diploma (preferred)
- 1-2 years of reception, office administrator-related experience
- Friendly, Energetic, and personable attitude
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills; both Russian and Azerbaijani
- Excellent troubleshooting skills
- Flexible team player with the ability to execute duties efficiently
