Responsibilities and Duties

• Work alongside the team to create a plan for social media strategies monthly
• Assist in the growth of the brand by raising awareness through various social media platforms
• Managing multiple social media accounts and developing content to inform, educate and engage the brand’s audience to increase awareness, boost traffic and achieve marketing goals
• Monitor postings to ensure brand message is constant from the terminology used to images posted
• Aid in the daily aspects of promoting the businesses campaigns
• Running targeted ads on social media sites
• Assist with the design and execution of social media campaigns
• Interact with followers and potential customers by communicating and answering questions through the company's social pages
• Assist in implementing plans to increase followers on popular social media websites such as Twitter, Instagram, Facebook, YouTube and LinkedIn
• Create weekly and monthly editorial calendars to promote company brands on various channels (social media, e-mail, magazines etc.)
• Create and distribute content such as blogs, infographics, videos and press releases on social media and traditional news outlets
• Track social media engagement to identify high-performing ideas and campaigns for scalability
• Support marketing team at live and online events

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in college or a recent graduate with a bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business or similar field such as advertising, journalism or graphic design
• 1+ years of social media management experience
• Minimum intermediate oral and written communication skills in English ( Russian is desired)
• General knowledge of MS Office programs
• Experience with major social media platforms including Facebook, YouTube, Instagram, Linkedin, Twitter, etc.
• Knowledge of social media analytics software, such as Facebook Insights to track audience engagement and campaign performance
• Know how to use graphic design tools like Canva (knowledge of Adobe Photoshop and/or Illustrato is a plus)
• Experience with content management systems, word processor applications and image/video editing software
• General knowledge of Search Engine Optimization and Google Analytics
• Interest in technology and IT related fields is desired
• Copywriting and editing skills
• Creativity
• Available to work under tight deadlines

Work condition

• Salary: Depends on candidate’s background and knowledge
• Work shift: Monday-Friday, Flexible(full-time or part-time)
• Corporative number
• Lunch is partially covered
