Job Title: Customer service representative

Working hours: 9:00 AM-6:00 PM New York time (17:00-02:00 Baku time), 5 days a week

Location: Remote (work from home, but should be always available during working hours)

Job summary:

Provide customer service to all PITS Global Data Recovery Services customers from the USA on the approved procedure and meet the defined standards. Report to the company top management based on the agreed schedule. Provide customers with information about the services or handle complaints. The representative will also be asked to process orders and escalate complaints/requests across a number of communication channels.

Job Description:

- Answering to calls, register the customers;
- Calling to registered leads (potential customers);
- Explaining the service provision procedure to the customers;
- Converting leads (register the data recovery cases)
- Data entry in various platforms;
- Writing emails and texts based on the approved procedure (templates);
- Fulfill orders received by email, website or other electronic data interchanges;
- Creating shipping labels and send to customers;
- Following up the registered customers (via calls, texts, e-mails);
- Keeping records of customer interactions, transactions, comments and complaints;
- Sending quotes and negotiate the price if needed;
- Analyzing ads (when needed) and conversion rates;
- Ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional customer support;

Requirements:

- Excellent verbal and written communication, including presentation skills;
- Active listening and clear articulation;
- Strong English language skills (should flawlessly communicate in American English);
- PC literate, including Microsoft Office products;
- Strong organizational skills;
- Ability to multitask and prioritize;
- Bachelor degree (desired);
- Education or Interest in IT-related services (desired);
- Customer service experience: at least 1 year (preferably in a multicultural call center);

Salary:

800 AZN Net + monthly commission
