Job Location: PITS Azerbaijan Office located at AF Business House, 203 Nizami St, Baku 1010, Azerbaijan

Working Days and Hours: 40 hours/weekly, Mon-Fri, Night Shift, 17:00-02:00 (Baku time).

Agreement Type and Pay: Contractor of the US Office, 400-700 AZN (NET), will be offered considering the experience.

Job Summary:

Our company is seeking a motivated, talented individual (may be a student as well) to join our team as a Junior Marketing Specialist. This is a full-time position that offers a valuable opportunity to work in the field of information technology.

Responsibilities:

• Conducting keyword research to identify relevant and high-impact keywords for content optimization.
• Writing of compelling and engaging content for various marketing channels, such as website pages, blog articles, social media posts, and email campaigns, ensuring adherence to brand voice, messaging, and SEO best practices. 
• Creating engaging and well-structured SEO-friendly content, such as website copy, blog articles, social media posts, and other digital assets.
• Support the optimization of existing website content by incorporating targeted keywords, meta tags, and other SEO elements to improve search engine rankings.
• Collaborate with the marketing, design, and development teams to contribute to the development and implementation of effective content strategies aligned with business objectives.
• Stay informed about the latest SEO trends, algorithms, and best practices, and share relevant insights with the team for continuous improvement and optimization of digital assets.
• Assist in conducting regular content audits to identify gaps, areas for improvement, and opportunities to enhance organic search performance.
• Monitor and assist in analyzing website analytics, organic search rankings, and user behavior data to identify opportunities for optimization and content refinement.
• Contribute to competitor analysis efforts to identify strengths, weaknesses, and potential areas for differentiation in the SEO content strategy.
• Stay informed about industry trends, consumer behavior, and market changes to support content creation and strategy adjustments.
• Updating and maintaining website content using the WordPress content management system to ensure accuracy, consistency, and user-friendly experiences.

Required knowledge and experience in Marketing field: 

• Excellent command of the English language, as well as strong writing abilities
• Excellent typing speed and accuracy
• Should have an interest in the marketing field.
• Well-organized and detail oriented
• Exceptional communication and writing skills.
• Commercial awareness partnered with a creative mind.
• Willingness and availability to work night shift.
