Job Location: PITS Azerbaijan Office located at AF Business House, 203 Nizami St, Baku 1010, Azerbaijan 

Working Days and Hours: 40 hours/weekly, 5 days/weekly, 12:00-21:00 Baku time (or 09:00-18:00 UK time)

Training: We are in the process of devising a comprehensive training procedure that spans approximately one month.

Agreement Type and Pay: Service agreement with the UK office, 1000-2000 AZN (NET) plus bonuses based on the performance. 

Benefits: One way taxi costs will be covered by the company.

Job Summary:

The customer service/sales representative has the responsibility of delivering efficient customer service to both internal and external customers. This entails utilizing a profound understanding of company products and programs and effectively communicating with fellow team members within the customer service department. To excel in this challenging yet rewarding environment, a positive, energetic, and determined attitude is essential. Flexibility is also crucial, as the business frequently undergoes rapid and demanding changes. Moreover, exceptional communication skills and phone etiquette are a must, along with strong problem-solving abilities. Working well in a collaborative and team-oriented environment is also a key requirement.


  • Respond to customer calls, emails, and messages, providing prompt and accurate information in British English.
  • Initiate phone calls based on received customer inquiries, record customer details, generate shipping labels, and convert leads into customers.
  • Document call logs in Salesforce CRM.
  • Follow up with customers to maximize the number of successful conversions.
  • Prepare and submit quotes, negotiate prices, and process payments.
  • Send shipping labels to customers and arrange their office visits.
  • Collaborate closely with the accounting and technical departments to resolve various issues, including disputes.
  • Promptly relay feedback to the management team regarding service failures or customer concerns.
  • Utilize all available resources and tools to troubleshoot and diagnose customers' issues.
  • Identify and escalate priority issues.
  • Collect testimonials from satisfied customers.
  • Schedule data verification processes and provide assistance during the process when required.
  • Offer outstanding customer service to enhance customer satisfaction and foster loyalty.


  • A Bachelor's degree is a mandatory requirement.
  • Outstanding communication skills, both written and verbal, in British English.
  • The ideal candidate should possess native-level British English proficiency and have a background in technology and sales management, as well as residing (studying or working) in the UK for at least 1 year.
  • Proficiency in QWERTY keyboard typing with good speed.
  • Excellent computer skills, including proficiency in MS Outlook, Word, and CRM software.
  • The ability to efficiently prioritize tasks without direct guidance.
  • At least 2 years of prior experience in a customer service (or similar) role or sales is essential.
  • Strong work ethic, along with excellent time management and organizational skills.
  • The flexibility to work during the required hours - 12:00-21:00 Baku time (or 09:00-18:00 UK time).
