We are looking for a qualified agent with experience in travel arrangements, booking, logistics, and concierge services. This role requires a high level of organization, efficiency, and the ability to work effectively in a multitasking environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Full support for private and business trips, including itinerary planning and booking
- Coordination with airlines, hotels, visa centers, and other partners
- Organization of exclusive concierge services for clients
- Ensuring a high level of service and a personalized approach
- Flexibility and readiness to work outside standard business hours
Key Requirements:
- Experience in travel arrangements and concierge services
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to make quick decisions and work in a dynamic environment
- Attention to detail and a high level of responsibility
- Fluency in Azerbaijani, Russian, and English is mandatory
